I have booted into safe mode to see if that changes anything. I have manually changed DNS to the typical 8.8.8.8. I have tried doing CMD and flushing the DNS, also using it to scan and fix registry files. I have also moved my pc and connected it directly to the router for testing purposes.
I however have tried a wireless USB card and still get the same speeds. It can't be these as other devices are fine through this. It's mainly connected to the Internet via wired ethernet cable through powerline adapters. I have tried numerous different methods to get this resolved. On every other device I get my normal speeds of around 70 down and 18 up. Speedtest get around 2-5mbps down and about 1.5 up. Hi, since Sunday everytime I have been on my PC the Internet is incredibly slow and feels surpressed.
